“Our staff have to deal with really difficult situations that impact their mental health. Melissa’s Secondary Trauma training validated this, but also gave us the tools to care for ourselves and prevent burnout. Her training also helped us understand the trauma our residents may have experienced and how it impacts their everyday lives. This was so valuable to our organization!”
